Perimeter problem 3

Matt has a set of 20 cards. Each card is 10cm long and 5cm wide. Matt has decided to protect the edges of the cards with tape. He carefully makes sure the tape covers all the edges by taking the tape to each corner. How much tape is he going to need to bind all the cards?
